The US' Stanley Consultants has been selected by the Ministry of Planning, on behalf of the Directorate-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), for the retendered five-year contract to design, review and supervise the Kuwait airspace system plan (KASP). An official award is expected to be made by the end of September once final approval has been granted by the State Audit Bureau.
