All You starts slow

Time inc.'s All You, sold exclusively in Wal-Mart Stores, is evidently not all that. The low-priced newsstand title, which launched in September, has been falling short of its guaranteed monthly circulation of 500,000 copies, the company confirmed last week.

Because of the slow sales, Time has delayed the title's rollout to other newsstand operators till at least the end of 2006, instead of January as planned.
