In the February 1923 issue, we read that the California legislature is well-aware of the railroad car shortage and is notifying the ICC of the disaster caused by that shortage.
The California Grape Growers Exchange is again screaming for members. They need at least 50,000 tons. We'll see what happens.
While not so-called, this issue is really a vineyard edition in the sense that it deals with grapes and vineyard matters around North America in the same way that Wines & Vines has done in these latter years.
