NASSAU, Bahamas, Aug. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Environmental Energy Corp. (GEECF - FWB:LFT) confirmed today that its subsidiary Biosphere Development Corp., a Corporation registered in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, has been invited to complete negotiations to formalize its Chinese Joint Venture.
