If you have ulcers and your doctor wants you to take drugs to treat it, I've got a better idea. Try something simple. Here's what I mean:
Twenty years ago, a woman came to me with ulcers. She had tried stress reduction, a bland diet, and antacids. They hadn't helped her at all.
