ALDER HEY hospital is bringing its care closer to the sick children it serves.
In a pioneering outreach project called Alder Hey@ it will introduce centres across Merseyside where children can be treated.
Manned by Alder Hey and primary care trust staff the aim is to care for youngsters closer to home and cut down on unnecessary trips to the West Derby hospital.
Children will be able to have Xrays and be treated for minor injuries such as sprains and fractures, rashes, ear and throat infections, coughs and ...
