UNIONDALE, N.Y., Aug. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Del Laboratories, Inc. announced today the resignation of William McMenemy as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 19, 2005. Mr. McMenemy will continue to serve on the Board of Directors. The Company also announced that Charles J. Hinkaty, currently Del's Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, and will continue as a member of the Board of Directors.
