Islamabad, August 13 (PPI): Slovenian Mountaineer, Tomas Humar, who was stranded for three days at the world's 9th peak in northern Pakistan, on Saturday thanked Pakistan for conducting high risk rescue operation which brought him back to safety.Humar met Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri in Islamabad and appreciated the interest in his rescue, a Foreign Office statement said. Tomas Humar was stranded at a high of 6500 meters on the precipitous Rupal face of Nanga Parbat, also known as the Killer Mountain 12 days ago.
