Article: Megaworld posts 30% income growth at P519 M.(Business)

Property developer Megaworld Corporation reported a net income of R518.87 million in the first half of 2005, up by 30 percent from the R398.87 million it posted in the same period last year.

Megaworld spokesperson Francis Canuto said revenues also jumped by 35.9 percent to R2.59 billion from R1.90 billion. This came from strong sales of its ongoing projects in Makati, Fort Bonifacio and Eastwood City, along with higher levels of rental plus interest and other income.
