Unused agricultural import quotas must be turned over to Chinese government for reallocation
Shanghai. Aug. 16. INTERFAX-CHINA - Chinese companies holding unused 2005 import quotas for agricultural products must turn over excess quotas to the Chinese government for reallocation to other firms, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) said Monday.
