SEATTLE (FNS) -- Grunge has become Seattle's 15 minutes of pop and fashion fame.
Flannel-shirt-inspired grunge fashion could only have begun in rainy Seattle, where dressing has always been about layering and keeping warm and dry during the period from soggy September to misty May. Local company Eddie Bauer has been exporting flannel and down to the rest of the world for 75 years.
