Aug. 17--PANAMA CITY -- Rick Conyers saw the warning signs at Rick Seltzer Park, but he and his two children went swimming anyway. It was a long drive to the beach from Springfield, Mo., and Conyers said he had no intention of staying out of the saltwater on his first day of vacation. "Just don't swallow any of it, and you're OK," he said. Waters off the beachside park have been under warning and advisory from the Bay County Health Department for two weeks and will remain that way for at least another week.
