BEIJING, Aug 17 Asia Pulse - China's State Administration of Foreign Exchange, the central government organ in charge of foreign exchange administration, decided on August 16 to change the mode of administration over domestic designated foreign exchange banks' external guarantees provided for finances to enterprises invested by China abroad from the original case by case examination and approval to annual balance management.
