Jakarta, August 19 (ANTARA) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has said Indonesia should avoid giving emotional responses to international problems and be able to defend its self-respect before other countries.

"Of course we have a heart and sense of pride, and we do not want to be trampled on." President Yudhoyono said in his address at a 'Foreign Policy Breakfast' at the Foreign Ministry building here on Friday.
