Aug. 20--MAYOR BULLISH ON CHINA, PROFIT POTENTIAL FOR SAN ANTONIO: "What is happening in China today is more than impressive," Mayor Phil Hardberger told City Council members this week.
"It is scary," Hardberger added, hesitating a moment while addressing the council less than two weeks after leading a city-county delegation to the Asian industrial giant.
The mayor went on to say it remains to be seen whether China's rapid industrial rise will be negative or positive for the United States.
