A late surge in students has caused the Kaneland school district to reroute many of its bus schedules, negating the routes that were mailed to parents this week.
The 100 students who registered Friday overloaded current routes, said Kaneland director of transportation Sandy Baker.
"We were caught up, but now we're not," she said.
The new routes will be posted on the doors at Kaneland schools at noon Monday. The district is asking parents to check those lists for final bus routes.
