Aug. 23--VICTORVILLE -- A lot of Victor Valley Community College students are turning to online courses and they are doing so to save time.
Online courses have become increasingly popular over the years, particularly with students who work full time and with working adults who are looking to change careers or move up in their field.
VVC has been offering courses online since 1999 and this semester the college has about 190 online classes available -- with the classes covering 22 different areas of study from anthropology to economics. Most online courses at VVC allow room for approximately 30 to 35 students and they are often few vacancies ...
