Aug. 23--Hank Sullivan looked down Union Avenue on Monday afternoon. He sniffed at the half-dozen people milling around the sidewalk:
"At 3 p.m., you could roll a bowling ball down the streets and not hit anybody," said Sullivan, who owns the Color Copy Co.
Sullivan supports a proposal to bring a hotel-casino complex to the neighborhood.
He said he supports any attempt to create attractions at the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo, saying that the only way to make the place a vibrant destination is to provide a reason for people to visit.
