EDITORIAL: Bryant's style.

Aug. 23--When it comes to Castell Bryant, this much is for certain: Calling her president-until-someone-says-otherwise is much more accurate than the title of interim president of Florida A&M University.

No matter how she wants to describe it, it is clear that Ms. Bryant is making decisions for the long haul.

She quickly and firmly dismissed calls for her resignation that came from ego-bruised faculty members upset that they were not consulted before the appointment of Debra Austin as the university's new provost and vice president for academic affairs.
