Conserving your donors. (environmental groups' fund raising programs) (Direct Mail)

Environmental associations should reassess their fund-raising strategies in order to retain the support of their donors. A growing number of individuals have complained that environmental groups are not paying much attention to their constituents. Environmental organizations must learn to be more responsive to their customers. The use of a 'customized' marketing strategy that includes knowing the donor's profile and their suggestions would promote the success of the organization's fund raising programs.

There's a growing feeling that environmental groups are so busy raising money to protect our land, water and wildlife that they've forgotten how to conserve their own donors.
