SAN ANTONIO -- SBC Communications Inc. (NYSE:SBC) today announced a new contract to provide voice and data services to St. Louis-based Graybar. As a Fortune 500 company, Graybar is a leader in the distribution of high-quality electrical and telecommunications products and related supply-chain management and logistics services.
Under the terms of the three-year contract, SBC companies will provide switched and dedicated voice services to all Graybar locations nationwide, as well as SBC PremierSERV(SM) Dedicated Internet Access through a Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) ring linking Graybar's primary data center in St. Louis, Mo., with its backup data center in ...
