DANBURY, Conn. -- Company's First Donation Contributed to Innovation Award for Making Last Year's Event the Federal Government's First Independently Certified 'Green' Meeting
FuelCell Energy, Inc. (NasdaqNM:FCEL), a leading manufacturer of ultra-clean electric power plants for commercial and industrial customers, today announced the donation of emissions credits -- equivalent to preventing the discharge of 3,200 pounds of nitrogen oxide (NOx), 5,200 pounds of sulfur oxides (SOx) and other pollutants into the atmosphere -- to offset emissions generated by the federal government's Energy 2005 expo.
