SAN FRANCISCO -- IDT(TM) (Integrated Device Technology, Inc.) (NASDAQ:IDTI) today announced the availability of a complete hardware/software development kit for the company's currently sampling 3-port, 24-lane PRECISE(TM) PCI Express(R) switching solution. The development kit, which includes a hardware evaluation board, will be used to demonstrate the functionality and performance of the switching solution at the Intel Developer Forum (IDT Booth #919) being held at Moscone Center West in San Francisco from August 23-25, 2005.
