SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- SanDisk(R) Corporation (NASDAQ:SNDK), the world's largest supplier of flash storage card products, today announced it has been named to FORTUNE Magazine's annual list of America's Fastest Growing Companies, ranking 8 out of the 100 companies listed. The list can be found in the September 5, 2005 issue of FORTUNE Magazine.
SanDisk posted record revenues for 2004, with total revenue at $1.8 billion, up 65% from $1.1 billion in 2003. Net income was $267 million, up 58% from net income of $169 million in 2003 and fully diluted earnings per share for fiscal 2004 were $1.44, compared to $1.02 in 2003.
