Aug. 24--A state House bill that would ban smoking in many Pennsylvania workplaces, including bars and restaurants, faces opposition not only from business owners but from anti-smoking groups who say it's not comprehensive enough.
House Bill 1489 would expand the current list of places where smoking is prohibited and require establishments that don't ban smoking to create separate rooms with separate ventilation systems.
