BURBANK, Calif. -- Hilary Duff's latest release, "Most Wanted," is in fact the most wanted CD in the country this week, debuting at #1 and selling over 200,000 units in its first week.
"Most Wanted" is Hilary's second #1 album and first #1 album debut, and the highest first week sales for any of her records.
