Reno Contracting of San Diego has completed construction on Ridge Park Office Center, a commercial office complex on 5.5 acres in Temecula. It consists of three buildings--a three-story-plus basement, 32,000-square-foot center structure flanked by a pair of two-story outside buildings, each spanning 14,000 square feet.
The Garrett Group, a Temecula-based land and real estate investment management company, is the owner-developer and will house its corporate headquarters on the second and third stories of the central building, as well as offices for Better World, a philanthropic organization by the Garrett Group owners, Paul and Diane Garrett.
