The Norwegian seafood group Domstein ASA said on Thursday (25 August) that it had signed a letter of intent to acquire the fish feed producer Iglo Haugesund AS and the fish wholesaler Breivik & Co AS.

Iglo Haugesund is Norway's leading fish feed producer with a 23% market share and operating revenues of some NOK65m.
