Aug. 26--The condos at SeaChange at the Moorings in Carrabelle are going up for sale.

So if you want a unit, come to the coast with check in hand Saturday.

That's when Lawton "Bud" Chiles, son of the late Gov. Lawton Chiles, is kicking off the multimillion-dollar marina development at a launch party and taking reservations for the units that start out at $695,000.

"This will be a great opportunity to see how The Moorings Marina will be," said Chiles, who says the project has the makings to transform the boating haven 60 miles southwest of Tallahassee into a mini Hilton Head, S.C.
