NORFOLK - Anticipating Reuben and fried oyster sandwiches, Tuesday's Uncle Louie's Restaurant lunch crowd was served up something it never expected - locked doors.
With no warning, the longtime Wards Corner institution had prepared its last meals Monday .
On Tuesday morning , the windows were covered in white paper and a sign was posted on the door: "We Are Closed - To Our Wonderful Customers Thank You For 21 years ."
"I'm shocked, I can't believe it," said Phyllis Weiss of Norfolk, who was meeting three friends for lunch. "There's nothing left ...
