The two preachers camped out on the 300 block of State Street promised passers-by salvation with a sign that read "Christ Will Set You Free." But the strolling crowds for the city's first "Build Your Own Blues" fest apparently chose music over scripture for their redemption.
"We haven't had much heavy traffic," admitted preacher Mike Foht, who lives in Monroe. "It's pretty much the same as normal."
