SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 29 (AScribe Newswire) -- Mother Jones magazine today released its 12th annual roundup of college campus activism, naming the group filibuster mounted by Princeton students in response to the GOP's nuclear option threat the Protest of the Year; Nate Wright, co-founder of Students Taking Action Now: Darfur (STAND), Student Activist of the Year; and the "Boot the Bell" campaign, on behalf of Florida tomato pickers, the Victory of the Year.
