EUROPE's largest travel group, TUI, has sold its wagon leasing subsidiary VTG, to European Wagon Company (CEW), France. The price was not revealed, but VTG is thought to be worth between 500 million [euro] and 800 million [euro].
VTG owns about 46,000 wagons for transporting liquid chemicals and mineral oil, and claims to be the largest privately-owned lessor of these vehicles in Europe, operating in 17 ...
