Article: Shooting by the stars.(ODD ANGRY SHOT)

Awhile back I was peepin' down the firing line at a match, and it struck me about half the shooters I knew were wearing some kinda good luck thingie. There were a couple of "lucky vests," a half-dozen "lucky hats," several "lucky T-shirts," and there was probably two pounds of lucky coins and amulets jingling in pockets an' dangling around necks. I know--I've seen 'em patted, rubbed, kissed, knocked on wood, and pressed against foreheads a hundred times.

Personally, I've never been real hot on good luck charms or lucky numbers or that kinda stuff. It's not that I don't believe in luck, 'cause I might be the poster child for sheer dumb luck. Without any kinda ...
