The 'hit' on BPL.(LETTERS TO THE EDITOR)(Letter to the Editor)

I read with interest Joan Engebretson's article entitled "Why BPL could end up being a hit," which appeared in the April issue of America's Network.

While Ms. Engebretson points out some of the positives of the BPL technology, she fails to point out the most serious negative: severe interference to existing licensed radio services operating in the 2-30 MHz spectrum.
