It's tough to keep the customer satisfied.
That seems to be a main conclusion of a recent J.D. Power and Associates report about the telecom market. The company that built its reputation on measuring customer satisfaction found there's precious little of it in the broadband space.
"Telecom service providers are offering better service, yet customers still want more," says Steve Kirkeby, senior director of telecommunications research at J.D. Power.
