Bradford White made a move to widely diversify its product line by signing an agreement with Water Pik Technologies, Inc. to acquire Laars Heating Systems, a manufacturer of residential, commercial and industrial boilers and copper-finned water heaters. The closing was scheduled for June 30, 2005.
