Tate & Lyle, a leader in the global ingredients market, has announced the launch of ice Cream Rebalance 500, a new ingredient solution set specifically designed for use in the low-fat, no-sugar-added ice cream offered in the US market. The company claims that Rebalance is "a unique ingredient service" that allows manufacturers "a way to create a reduced fat, reduced sugar ice cream without compromising on taste or creaminess."
