This time I'm going to review three outstanding jazz musicians--composers and performers-, each one in a very different context: contemporary jazz (Metheny), flamenco jazz and contemporary (jazz influenced) chamber music (Corea). In order to fully realize that great music is timeless, I also explicitly chose three CDs from three different decades: mid 80's (Corea), mid 90's (Dominguez) and 2005 (Metheny). Get ready to enjoy this superb music and to discover new things every time you listen to it, I anticipate that you will perceive new textures and images as you play it over and over again!
