TAKING our tots on a city break was a daunting idea - but they love London, so why not another city? Paris isn't an obvious choice, with seemingly few green spaces or family museums on the scale of our own Natural History Museum. But it is a much more user-friendly city than London, with cheap, accessible public transport, affordable cafes and bistros and plenty of hidden corners to delight little minds.
Eurostar makes it easy for a family to get to Paris, while the children's programme at the George V Hotel, just off the Champs Elysees, takes the hassle and fear out of bringing sticky-fingered children into a luxury hotel.
