GREENWICH -- Conroy Development of Greenwich and Saks Fifth Avenue will file plans with White Plains, N.Y., officials in January for a $200 million, one-million-square-foot retail project known as "Westchester Place."
Several years ago, the same pair announced plans for a 1.2 millon-square-foot mall, but never officially submitted a proposal.
Alexius Conroy, a principal of Conroy Development, said last week that final details are being completed on "Westchester Place." No decision has been made on whether the plans will be presented informally to the White Plains Common Council, or as an official proposal for review and study, he said.
