PNGC Power (Portland, Ore.) has promoted Steven D. Kern to senior vice president of power supply.
As senior vice president of power supply, Kern oversees the full scope of activity related to meeting electricity loads for PNGC Power's owners, 15 Northwest electric distribution cooperative utilities with service territory in seven Western states. Kern manages the overall price and supply risk for PNGC's members on a forward looking basis as well as managing the operational aspects of PNGC's Slice/Block contract with the Bonneville Power Administration.
