Steve King has been named the third annual Paul M. Vickery Award recipient for outstanding professional service by PNGC Power.
King, generation resources manager, oversees the Coffin Butte Resource Project, a landfill gas-to-energy facility located north of Corvallis, Ore. And he manages an interest in the Boardman Coal Plant, evaluates generation projects and developed and managed a fuel cell demonstration program that spanned three years.
