TFM, S.A. de C.V. has named Francisco Javier Rion as its new CEO. Rion joins TFM from Bombardier Transportation, where he served as president of the Rail Control Solutions Division based in London, England, since May 2001. He started his career in 1976 at Ford Motor Co., S.A. de C.V, holding a number of operations, manufacturing, and engineering management positions until 1991. From July 1991 to 1995, he was general director of Dina Autobuses/ConsorcioG-Grupo Dina in Mexico City.
