NBC's "Tommy Lee Goes to College" recorded passable grades in its premiere Tuesday night, placing second to timeslot bully "Big Brother 6" on CBS among young adults.
"Tommy Lee" certainly performed better than most of the Peacock's sked this summer--and its presence energized the net's entire night--but fourth-place NBC needs even bigger scores in weeks to come if it's to increase its circulation heading into fall.
According to Nielsen, the 9 o'clock preem of "Tommy Lee Goes to College," in which the rocker attends classes at the University of Nebraska, averaged a 2.5 rating/7 share in adults 18-49 and 5.22 million viewers overall. Second episode at ...
