Authorizes Return of Some September Payments to Cash-Strapped Storm Victims
MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Freddie Mac today announced several special policies intended to put emergency funds in the pockets of single-family mortgage borrowers impacted by Hurricane Katrina.
