CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- GE Fanuc Embedded Systems, Inc., a unit of GE Industrial, announced that it has purchased the multiprocessor PowerPC product line from DNA Computing Solutions, Inc. This includes the VS/VE750, VQG4, and NEXUS(TM) I VME boards, WingSpan(TM) software suite of optimized signal, image and vector processing software libraries as well as VxWorks and Linux board support software. This important and well-established technology will continue to be supported and enhanced by GE Fanuc Embedded Systems' engineering, technical support, marketing and sales.
