SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- The largest competitive junior diving meet in California was held over the three day Labor Day weekend at the Santa Clara George F. Haines International Swim Center. Hosted by Santa Clara Diving, the event drew 9 teams from around the state. Club President Pat Haley noted that "the event was a tremendous success with more than 120 divers competing."
Capital Divers based in the Sacramento area and lead by Coach DeDe Crayne won the event, followed by Santa Clara Diving. Third place contender was Dos Rios Divers of Roseville coached by Mike Brown and Kelly Lasich. Teams score points for winning First, Second, and Third place awards in any ...
