Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Navy to provide operations, maintenance and engineering support for the Navy and U.S. Marine Corps East and West Coast training ranges, enabling standardization of processes and enhancing performance.
The contract is valued at approximately $208 million over five years to Northrop Grumman's Information Technology (IT) sector. This newly awarded contract combines the East and West Coast tactical training-range programs, which were previously procured separately. Northrop Grumman IT was the incumbent on the East Coast tactical training-range contract, which it held for more than 10 years.
