Katrina Aftermath Clean-up: Use Caution with Outdoor Power Equipment.

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- The Outdoor Power Equipment Institute (OPEI) extends its sympathies to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. In the aftermath of the hurricane, OPEI is warning residents of the Gulf coast states and other storm-prone areas to follow basic safety steps when using outdoor power equipment for storm clean-up.
